Dear Customer, As we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around the coronavirus(COVID-19) pandemic, our first thoughts are for the safety and well being of all our customers and employees.
You can count on WCM Equipment & Repair to continue to do our best to protect our employees and our customers. Currently, we are not experiencing any business interruptions as a result of COVID-19. However, we are taking steps to ensure the safety of our own workforce so that we can provide continuous service to our valued customers.
- Our business remains in full operation while following all recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the World Health Organization
- We are taking measures to help our employees stay safe by eliminating unnecessary travel and in-person meetings.
- We have implemented enhanced cleaning procedures for our facility and inventory so that our work environment and products are safe
- Our sales and technical support teams remain available to service our customers' needs by phone or electronic communications
- We are requiring our employees and clients to comply with our office policies regarding social distancing, hand sanitizing, and coughing into an elbow or tissue.
- Our technicians and drivers are still doing home pick-ups and deliveries while following the proper CDC and World Health Organization regulations by having the correct and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as: gloves, masks, gowns, and a disinfectant that WCM is licensed to use that kills any diseases in 3-10 seconds. Our technicians and drivers are also practicing the 6 feet social distancing rule to help our patients feel safe and healthy in the comfort of their own home.
As you know, the WCM logo is a symbol of our commitment to provide first-rate products and services that enhance human life. Our mission has not changed, and we will do everything we can to continue to protect our employees and to be available for you.
